Can I return my product?
Due to the fact that all our products are handmade to order, and for hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns at this time.
Please check the ingredients before purchasing to ascertain if you are sensitive to any ingredients, as we will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or intolerances towards our products.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
Can the products be used on children's hair and skin?
Many of our customers use our products on their children's hair and skin without any issues. However, it's always worth doing a patch test as many of our products contain essential oils, which can be an irritant for some people. For very young children/babies, we recommend choosing the unscented version of our Whipped Shea Body Butter over those containing essential oils.
Where are the Naturalystic products manufactured?
They are handmade in Sandwell, West Midlands.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders take 2-5 working days to be dispatched. Once dispatched it should arrive within 3-4 days.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Can I buy the products in-store?
Our products are sold exclusively on our website, however, be sure to follow us on social media, as we update where our stalls take place. We can often be found at various craft stalls and markets around Birmingham and the West Midlands.
